A small group of our Symphonia string players perform alongside two fabulous soloists and guest harpsichordist Chalium Poppy. This is a concert of fascinating contrasts with a common theme, the Four Seasons, as depicted by Vivaldi and Piazzola.

Everybody loves Vivaldi’s musical pictures of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. In this unusual chamber concert, Vivaldi’s seasons are interspersed with the jazzy, tango-inspired ‘Four Seasons of Buenos Aires’ by the Argentine Astor Piazzolla.
