TRIUMPH AND TRIBULATION – LATEST NEWS!

The orchestra is all set for our concert on 15th August – the first classical orchestral concert in Tauranga since the onset of Covid-19!  See our Coming Events page for details of the programme and information about our Guest Conductor, Tim Carpenter, and our fantastic trombone soloist, Joe Thomas.

We are looking forward to entertaining a big audience in Holy Trinity Church with its comfortable seating and great acoustic. There is plenty of space to spread out for ‘social distancing’ and we encourage everyone to use their NZ Covid Tracer app to scan the QR Code at the church.

A ticket is not required to attend the concert although we would really appreciate your cash donation to help cover our costs . You can donate as you arrive – or you may want to enjoy the music first and then pay whatever you think it was worth as you leave!  We can accept cash or cheque on the day,  but you can always post a cheque or donate by online banking afterwards:  our account number is  03 0435 0458096 00.

Holy Trinity Church is close to the centre of Tauranga, walking distance from local motels and restaurants and close to bus routes on Cameron Road and Devonport Road.
